Kia auto company enter in indian market

Kia Motors may go in in Indian market after slowdown in European market. Kia Motors designing to go in with its little vehicles first. Picanto and Proceed, and its well liked sedans, Forte and Rio, after a feasibility study. Partly belongs to by the other large-scale Korean automaker, Hyundai, Kia manufactures little vehicles, application grade sedans and compact SUVs and may finally set up a output facility in India. The business may furthermore launch its compact SUVs Soul and Sorento in the homeland, with the Mahindra Bolero and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara as competitors.


A Kia spokesperson said that the business had not yet come to a conclusion on going into the Indian market. He said that the business was still carrying out a feasibility study, and that it would take a long time to take a last decision.

Kia had first endeavoured to go in the Indian market in 2006, but was disappointed due to the slow development in vehicle sales at the time. The business actually deals close to 1.6 million vehicles over its international markets, which encompass the US, Germany, Australia and China.
