World’s 1st Dual-Core LG Optimus 2X Review Price and Specification

Recently, LG Electronics (LG) has launched the first dual-core smartphone LG 2X Optimus, formerly known as Star LG, just days before the new year, so it looks as if LG wants the end of 2010 years, and the blessed glory . LG 2X Optimus can record and play 1080p HD video and is powered by a dual-core processor, developed by two Nvidia Tegra, which is a 1 GHz clock and offers low power consumption and excellent sound and video performance. LG also says that the dual-core processor allows you to quickly browse the web and touch response.

Optimus Nvidia Tegra chip will deliver two transitions and flawless multitasking without obvious delay compared to other smartphones that run on single-core processors at the same clock frequency. 8 GB of memory (flexible up to 32GB), is a 4-inch screen, dual camera (1.3MP 8MP front to back), Full HD video playback and HDMI mirrored, allowing you to print your videos on a large screen in this unit. In addition, the handset features an accelerometer and a gyro sensor and a 1500mAh battery.

Originally, the phone will be released Android 2.2 (Froyo) and is upgradeable for Android Gingerbread so no need to feel nervous about missing out on Android 2.3 party. Upgrade Plan Monitor reported in due course. LG to ship the unit in Korea next month to begin in Europe and Asia next on the list, but unfortunately, the North American market has not been mentioned. We remain optimistic that the handset in the U.S. in March one form or another, but pricing has not yet been demonstrated.

CEO and President of LG’s mobile unit, Dr. Jong-seok Park said in a press release, “Dual-core technology is the next leap forward in mobile technology so this is no small achievement to be the first to offer a smartphone utilizing this technology,” and further added, “With unique features such as HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) mirroring and exceptional graphics performance, the LG Optimus 2X is proof of LG’s commitment to high-end smartphones in 2011.”
